I have just dealt with the most professional credit card rep. on the phone. Someone charged 2800 dollars on my card # to rent a car in France. FRANCE! I predicted a battle royal to get my card back to normal with the charges dropped. Wow, was I ever wrong.
Not only was she a pro, a real american who speaks american english, she took care of all the fraudulent charges and flirted with me a little while she was knocking down my interest rate by 3 points for my trouble.
All the branding in the world can’t create that kind of good feeling in a customer. Bravo Citibank.
